How Jane took on the giant robot
Jane Davies was new to us when she entered our last show... but her drawing of a typical giant-robot-attack street scene brought a smile to our faces, and looked different from entries of that ilk that we'd shown before.
She's posted on her blog an interesting look at the process the drawing took to make. Snapshots of each stage of the making, including how it was developed beyond the final image we display, but she decided it was looking overdone.
