ink-dot what?

Ink-dot is a small operation, pasionate about graphic design and illustration. We put on exhibitions in Bristol displaying local (and connected) designers and illustrators, who all make work to a brief which we set. The brief is designed to give the participants a starting point, from which they can then go wild in their own style. In 2009 we put on 3 shows, displaying over 40 artists.

From this site you are able to view the work by artist or exhibition, and you can then buy the prints too (via our shopping cart and Paypal).

All our prints are produced for the ink-dot group by Hello Blue, a fine art printing company who are based at Spike Island. For more info about the prints please go to the Print Info section.

We have two exhibitions booked in for the early summer months. Firstly, we will be displaying works chosen from our back catalogue in the South Bristol Arts trail on the weekend of May 8 and 9. Then in June we will be reprising our massively successful show at the howies store in Bristol. For this show we will be coming up with another brief, and opening it up for designers/illustrators/artists to submit works.

Please drop us a note if you want to know anything.
